Jennifer Kolinski-Borgstahl
Senior Designer, Jennifer along with her husband Gene and brother, Dan own and manage Heritage House Furniture.
Jennifer has specialized in residential design for over 30 years along with a specialization in window coverings. She gives great attention to detail and customer service and prides herself on listening to her clients’ needs and helping them achieve the home of their dreams.
We worked with Jennifer at Heritage House when we purchased our new home. I took her my ideas and pictures and she put together a beautiful collection of fabrics, carpet, tile and furniture for our home. She was able to translate what I wanted into a beautiful room. She even recommended tradesmen and stores when she didn’t carry an item. Everything was wonderful from planning to delivery.
Mary Katherine Borgstahl-Larson
Mary has grown up within the home furnishings business.
After graduation, she came on board full time and it was quickly apparent her natural talent for working in the furnishing and design field.
She is actively involved with the day-to-day operations of the store and is the display manager for the showroom. She does residential design and her clients love her fresh young perspective and talent.
Mary at Heritage House Furniture was a pleasure to work with as she helped me pick out a sectional that complement the colors in our living room. Also, the delivery gentlemen were courteous and helped to arrange the sectional the way that I wanted it. I encourage you to shop local and buy items that are made in the USA.
Max Borgstahl

Eric Velliquette
Eric has been with Heritage House Furniture for over 15 years. Eric is the manager of service and deliveries and manages the delivery team. Eric is meticulous and careful caring for all of the furnishings coming in and out of our warehouse as well as caring for customers’ homes upon delivery. He is an invaluable part of our team.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. It’s nice to visit a store that has as much insight as Heritage House has. Delivery crew went out of their way to make sure our new Smith Brothers leather chair was in perfect working order and we were happy. Great to see such pride in the products they sell. Will come back for any other furniture needs in the future.
Gene Borgstahl
Gene along with his wife Jennifer and brother-in-law Dan own and manage Heritage House Furniture. He is the chief financial officer and treasurer of the corporation. Gene is an attorney and spent 35 years practicing law in Toledo retiring in 2016 to join his wife and family at Heritage House as his father in law declined in health.
Gene also can often be found talking with customers in the store as well as going on buying trips with his wife and daughter, Mary.
Daniel Kolinski
Dan, along with his family opened Heritage House Furniture in 1989. Dan is the president of Heritage House Furniture. He now acts as a business consultant as he is semi-retired and works part time. Heritage House owes much of its success to Dan and his hard work over the years having built a sound foundation of which we are now building on.

Our new dining room set and rocker were delivered today. We got 2 text messages letting us know when they would arrive. Everything was carefully wrapped in moving blankets. The guys were very careful with our purchase. They added floor protectors to the table and chairs. The table was expertly assembled and they explained the proper way to store the extra leaves for it, as well as leaving us with a sheet of instructions on how to care for our beautiful new wood. The guys were very polite and were very professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Heritage House, from the sale to the delivery- every aspect was top notch.
